hello, my name is DEVON. i am SEVENTEEN years young and i consider myself an INTERMEDIATE roleplayer. i found this site through CAUTION. so, here's an example of my average post:
It was Sabrina's first full week in Washington D.C. with her dad. The family was finally done moving from Ohio, so she could relax. I had been raining for most of the week, and today was no exception. Her mom had spent a good part of the day complaining about the rain and forbidding any of the children outside only because she feared that her perfect white carpet would be ruined. So, Sabrina sat in her room staring out into the rain. She wanted more then anything to get outside and just be able to walk around DC for a bit. She wanted to smell the rain and hopefully meet new people. She didn't want to be stuck with the same people she's known all her life. Deciding that she wasn't just going to sit in her room brooding over the fact that she couldn't leave, Sabrina grabbed her umbrella and started to sneak down the stairs.
Luck happened to be on her side and pretty soon Sabrina was zipping down the road in her car. She didn't know where she was going, but she didn't care. Any where was better than having to stay at home. Especially since her mother was being a bitch. After about twenty minutes of getting lost, Sabrina found herself outside a park. It was simple beautiful, especially in the rain. Stepping carefully out of her car, Sabrina let the rain fall onto her head for a minute before pulling out her umbrella and closing her car door. She had never seen something this beautiful in her life. The rain just seemed to make the whole park look surreal.
In Sabrina's mind, it was Wonderland. She was Alice, in her own way, and the park was Wonderland. Minus all the drug-induced craziness. Careful to watch her step, Sabrina made her way further and further into the park. The sidewalk was slippery from the gentle drizzle and everything smelt of grass, roses and rain. About ten minutes later, Sabrina was in the middle of the park. Finding a bench, Sabrina debated whether or not she should sit down on it because she didn't want to get her skirt messed up. Deciding that it wouldn't hurt, Sabrina went and sat down and stared out at the park. Beauty was an understatement for how she felt at that moment.
