hello, my name is GIGGLES. i am SIXTEEN years young and i consider myself an INTERMEDIATE roleplayer. i found this site through CAUTION 2.0 AD. so, here's an example of my average post:
After a delicious dinner of roast chicken, potatoes, stuffing, and pumpkin juice, Rosie got up from her spot at the Ravenclaw table and made her way to leave, only to be stopped by her sister Winnie, who told her to go change into something pretty and meet her at the Slytherin Common Room. Rosie was a little reluctant to oblige, but Winnie was persistance, so the tiny brunette promised to be at the Slytherin common room in half and hour after she had been told the password.
Once she was in her comfy dormitory, Rosie changed into jeans and her favorite t-shirt. She ran her fingers through her curls and spruced them up a little, then applied a little eye liner, mascara, and cotton candy flavored lip gloss. She had butterlfies in her stomache when she left her dorm; she had no idea what would happen in the common room.
When she was in the dungeons at the entrance to the Slytherin common room, she whispered the password and was granted admittance. She was surpised, and almost certain that it wasn't going to work, but was relieved that it did. She heard music blaring, and she figured Winnie was already drunk and dancing on a table.
But when she entered, she was surprised to see only three people. A pretty blonde, a tall Slytherin she had never met, and....could it be? Matthew MacMillan. Her heart skipped a beat. And of course, the pretty blonde was making googly eyes at him. Rosie looked around; no site of Winnie. "Um..Hi. My sister Winnie told me to meet her here? She said there was going to be a party..."

OVERALL PERSONALITY ,
Hunter is definitely a reserved person. He's really quiet, mysterious, and observant. He has an amazing memory and is really good at remembering names and faces.
He can also be defined as intimidating, unapproachable, or stand-off ish. He's the badboy with the cigarette and the motorcyle who doesn't talk to many people and mostly sticks to himself. However, if you get past his rough exterior, he is actually a really great guy. He has trouble letting people in, but once he cares about you, he is the most protective, trustworthy, and caring person you could ever imagine.
Hunter has absolutely no motivation. He doesn't know what he wants to do with his life, and he doesn't have any realistic idea about how he would ever be able to support himself. He is very talented at guitar and writing music, but he doesn't have the confidence to persue it.
This guy thinks love is a thing for fools; something that he will never experience. He just doesn't see it for himself to find someone and settle down. In a way, he's still stuck in his teenage years.
When it comes to luck- Hunter always finds a way to screw things up. He doesn't think much of himself, and doesn't really think he deserves happiness.

OVERALL ,
Hunter was the only child to Elizabeth and Jackson Ashburn. Elizabeth was a lawyer, and his father was a doctor. They worked all the time, and made a lot of money, leaving Hunter to be cared for by a personal nanny, and when he got older, he was left to take care of himself alone in their beautiful estate. It wasn't that they didn't love him- no, of course they did. They just wanted to work hard to show Hunter the good life, a life of wealth and success.
But do to this wealth, Hunter never had to work for anything- it was just handed to him, on a silver platter. This is probably the sole reason for the fact that he had absolutely no motivation. When he started getting older and when he started high school, he got messed up in the wrong crowd, started smoking, and caught caught in the wrong places at the wrong times, leaving him with a minor criminal record. His parents didn't really know how to handle it- but Hunter didn't care that they were mad; didn't care that he was getting negative attention from them, because at least it was a form of attention. He continued to get in trouble, up until now.
At twenty two, Hunter was still living at home. He got bad grades, and didn't apply to any colleges. Needless to say he was a huge dissapointment to his parents, who no longer knew what to do with him. So they shipped him off to Boston, to live with his Grandparents in a small aparment. They send him a small amount of money, but only enough to just barely get by. They sent him hoping that he would learn repsonsibility, and hoped that he would find himself.
Hunter resented his Grandparents at first, but now they have a great relationship. They're always home and care for him and love him endlessly. He appreciates them, and is now on his way to finding himself, even though he still resents his parents and gets frustrated by the small amounts of money they send him.
