hello, my name is TORI. i am SEVENTEEN years young and i consider myself an INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED roleplayer. i found this site through ADVERTISEMENT ON ANOTHER FORUM. so, here's an example of my average post:
Vivienne shut Damian's laptop and smiled. Oh, this was going to be fun, she was sure of it. Half because she was a little drunk already and half because of the people that were going. Dalia and Maria were good friends at least, she didn't mind Luigi too much either but she could tell she sometimes got on his nerves and Jack she wasn't too sure about, but he was fun to mess with all the same!
She headed into her room and put on a jacket before walking out, whipping out her phone to shoot Damian a text that told him she was going to be at the beach if he needed her at all. She had gotten into the weird habit of telling him whenever she was going out, that that he really needed to know, it wasn't like he was her babysitter. She paused in the kitchen to grab another bottle of her favorite, Mike's hard lemonade, which she had already had three of in the past hour or two.
Next, Viv stepped outside and pulled out the bike she had "found" earlier today and parked on the side of their house and out of sight. It was actually kind of fancy, it was one of those mountain bike type of ones with three different knobs that had numbers on them that she had no idea what to do with. She just played with them because they made clicking noises.
And then she was off, pedaling her way down to the beach as fast as she could which made her even more unstable than she already was. She was going down a hill when she lost her balance, leaning too much to the left so the whole bike tipped over and she went skidding across the concrete sidewalks. "FUCKING SHIT!" She yelled in reaction as she fell, her bottle breaking and the remaining alcohol dumped onto the concrete. Rolling over, she looked at her knee and elbows which was now red and beginning to bleed. Was a concrete brush burn even possible? Well, she certainly wasn't going to go swimming in a salty ocean while looking like she just got dragged into a dark room to get butchered like from in a scary movie. So she stood up, picked her bike up and wheeled it over to the closest house and knocked on the door. The little old lady who answered it gave her a shocked 'what the hell just happened to you?' type of expression before Viv could speak.
"Uh, hi, uh I sorta kinda just fell off my bike... do you have band-aids?" She couldn't help but to feel awkward as the lady continued to stare before nodding and going to get the band-aids. She came back with a box full of Dora the Explorer band-aids, shoved it in Viv's hand while muttering "keep them," then closing the door and returning to whatever she had been doing before. Viv probably sat on the lady's grass for five minutes putting those band-aids on her wounds and then just decided to stick the rest all over her body. Why not? They were her Dora's now. She wrapped each finger with them and all up her arms and down her legs as well. Then finished the box off by sticking the rest on her neck.
Vivienne was back on her bike, now regretting those band-aids once she came to the realization that it was going to be a bitch getting them all off, or she could cover them up until they lost their stickyness by wearing turtlenecks and jeans... Well she'd figure that out later. Before she even realized it she was at the beach, spotted Jacks car and was now pedaling towards it. Right before she crashed into it though she made a hard left and went zooming past, catching a quick glimpse of all of them and shooting a smile, then she hit sand and she stopped pedaling until the bike slowed and eventually came to a standstill before tipping over, Viv falling with it, more gently this time, and then just continued to lay there and look at the clouds while laughing hilariously.

HEIGHT , Five foot exactly
EYE COLOR , Blue-Grey
HAIR COLOR , Obnoxiously blonde
PLAY-BY , Kerti Pahk
LIKES , Drugs, drinking, parties, sassing/teasing people, going out, friends, making other people confused, candy, sugar in general, when people think she’s older than she actually is, getting the house to herself, jokes, clothes, soft things, fruits, mythology, singing to people until they become annoyed, sneaking out, her medication.
DISLIKES , Being considered a minor, total seriousness, people who wear their heart on their sleeve, stupid pet names, old people (and their smell), hospitals, her parents, therapy, being called a kid, babies/children, vanity, people in general, rules, needles, favoritism (unless she’s the favorite, of course. )
FEARS , Rats, that she will become like her mother, that she will die alone by the age of 30.
DREAMS , To live past the past the age of 30, to find someone who accepts her for who she is and tells her everyday that she’s perfect in their eyes.
SECRETS , She hates herself. She’s really insecure and she needs approval from others more than she will ever admit to anyone or herself.
HABITS/QUIRKS , She has A.D.D. so she has a really bad attention span and she tends to change topics every frequently. She hates being off her medication though. Also, the more she sasses people the more she likes them pretty much, it’s a sign of endearment.
OVERALL PERSONALITY ,
Nonchalant: When she says she doesn't care about it, most likely she really just doesn't care. She's built herself a little wall where most things just bounce off her. She's been raised by a mother who really didn't care for her so it's only natural her daughter became a little cold also. Although when she does get upset, she doesn't know what to do, so she bottles it up and writes it down in a journal. It's very rare that you'll see her really express her anger, sadness (this usually only applies to negative feelings, she does smile) etc.
Rebellious/Trouble-maker: Even though she hates drama, sometimes she just begs for it. She's a little crazy when she's off her meds or is high and/or drunk. Sometimes Vivi just doesn't know when to stop and it often gets her into trouble. Sometimes she needs a good friend to tell her when enough is enough and set her straight. She's gotten into quite some trouble with the law enforcement in the past for underage drinking and drugs, and probably will get into trouble in the near future as well. Viv also just loves to be difficult. She doesn't like people to think she can be bought or easily bribed. She's feisty and she'll put up a decent fight if she has to.
A.D.D.: She's got an attention span as short as an inch worm when she is not on her medication. She's better when she is, and she tries not to drift away during conversations, really she does. It's not uncommon for her to be having a conversation, see something shiny out of the corner of her eye then completely lose her train of thought and unknowingly change the subject to said shiny thing. She's easily distracted and her grades reflect it. She can't sit in the front of the room otherwise every time she hears someone talking behind her she has to turn around. If you say something like, 'look!' she has to even if it's something along the lines of, 'Look, there's a dinosaur outside your bedroom window!'
Insecure: Even though Vivienne builds herself a wall and doesn't really care about most things, she hold some emotions deep within her. She tends to feel unloved and unwanted. Though she tries not to attach herself to too many people, she likes when they call her beautiful or compliment her. When someone she attaches herself to picks someone else over her, Vivienne cannot help but to feel like she was unloved and/or unwanted. Viv tries really heard to supress these feelings, but even sometimes they get the best of her, and she finds herself crying when she's alone. It's rare and unlikely that she'd let anyone see her like that, but she does slip up.
Saucy: If there’s one thing she absolutely loves, it’s sass. She always has some witty retort to throw back at you when insulted. There are times when she jokes with someone but actually ends up offending them in some way. She’ll say she didn’t mean it, and it’s true, but it might also annoy her. Vivienne really doesn’t like big softy people with no sense of humor. Teasing people to her is like a sign of endearment, she’s just trying to get a laugh out of them in the end, and she really doesn’t mean much harm… Most of the time.

HOMETOWN , Boston
OVERALL , Like some children, she was born as a mistake. Her parents met at a bar, and one day was all it took. Her mother was madly in love with her boy friend, and in fact, she met Viv's father at her engagement party. She got drunk that night, and went out with a few close friends, ditching the party. Of course, those close friends also happened to be drunk, so when her mother, Ivanna, ran off with some guy they didn't notice and downed another shot.
That night was when Vivienne was concieved. It wasn't until two weeks later when she found out she was pregnent. She was over-joyed and rushed to tell her future husband the good news. However, the slight detail that her husband to be had been away on a business trip for the past two and a half weeks was forgotten by Ivanna. When she told her love he simply packed his things and left. Ivanna kept the ring, but never wears it anymore, it sits in her jewelry box to remind her of what she could have had.
Ivanna came to resent the baby, and after months of hard research, she finally tracked down the man she had slept with - the father of her child, William Burlski. But he couldn't even recall her name let alone her face. Once Will found out that he was going to be a father he realized he wasn't ready. They were both so young, only 27 at the time. He turned his back to Ivanna and little Vivienne and never spoke a word to them again.
For a long while Ivanna debated getting an abortion or not. She didn't want the baby anymore, but she couldn't afford the cost of everything. Finally, she decided maybe she would come to love the baby girl when she held her in her arms for the first time. So Ivanna kept the little girl, and on July 21st, Vivienne was born. To Ivanna's dissappointment, she didn't feel what she thought she would when she looked into the baby's face. So she's raised her from the start in a small building from the projects. Now that Vivi's entering her teen years she's noticed her mother become most more distant towards her, so she returns it and the two do not have a good relationship.
One of Ivanna's close friends (and was one of the ones who took her to the bar) is also a therapist. She goes to their appartment once a week to do some mother-daughter counsoling sessions, which might have actually been less helpful and has worsened their relationship. Vivi has come to resent the women and is often very cold towards her, but she has taken her advice and written her feelings down in a little journal she never lets her mother see.
Vivienne's gone down a road of drugs, sex and drinking. They're a few things that make her feel good about almost everything. They erase her mind of her mother and the fact that she doesn't really have a father (nor a family pretty much) and has never met him before. After all, her friends are pretty much the closest thing she has to a real family. She smokes weed and meth mostly, drinks just about every thing and isn't afraid of trying something new. She's fairly goofy and fun when she's high or drunk and a little bit more open also. For the time being, she's not a very hardcore druggie, though she does have some potitential to be one. However, she will refuse to try heroin, mostly because it involves needles.
