hello, my name is CONNOR. i am TWENTY-ONE years young and i consider myself a(n) INTERMEDIATE roleplayer. i found this site through KEESHA :]. so, here's an example of my average post:
The weather outside was starting to get a little unpredictable these days. Benji hated the transition from summer to fall. Some days were warmer than others and sometimes it was way too hot and others way too cold. Today was one of those days where it would be the perfect day to spend outside. He had spent so long outside though that he was way too bored to do something on the grounds. So instead he had decided to go to the room of requirement.
It had been a little while since he had needed the room, and quickly picked up on how to actually gain access to the room. For the past few minutes he had been pacing in front of the bare wall thinking of what he needed the room to be. All he wanted to do today was relax and that's exactly what he planned on doing. He deserved it didn't he after how hard he had been working on his homework and things. Finally Benji opened his eyes and spotted the door that had magically appeared on the wall.
Biting down on his bottom lip (as he often did when he was trying something new) Benjamin opened up the door to the room. The room was poorly lit, but smelled amazing. Looking around Benji saw the candles that were burning on small tables beside a rather large couch. The smells were some of his favorites. One was that of freshly baked cookies. Although the candle didn't exactly smell like the cookies his mother made it still made him think back to his home and a small, charming smile appeared on his face. The other was lilac. He wasn't exactly a big flower guy but lilacs had always been his favorite kind of flower. Their smell was so relaxing that he always tried to keep some out around his room, but hidden from any guests that he might has had.
Most people would never see the calm, charming, and sensitive side of Benji, but if they did he would tell them that they were pretty lucky, and to not get use to it. Walking Ito the room slowly Benjamin closed the door behind him and walked over to the fireplace. The boy pulled his wand out and muttered a spell that cast a small ball of fire into the fireplace that was completely covered in soot. The crackling of the fire instantly started and Benji found his place on the couch.
Letting his hands run over the fabric of the couch he instantly identified the fabric as suede. His bed matters at home was made out of the same material and he loved it. He had never slept so comfortably on any other bed. Benji sat back against the couch and let out a small content sigh. This was the moment he had been waiting for all week. This is exactly what he needed to be able to concentrate the next week. Closing his eyes Benjamin breathed evenly and let the smells from the candles in and out of his nose with deep breaths. Nothing could possibly ruin this moment, and this was where he was planning on staying for the remainder of the day.
